Email list verification
Check email addresses before you hit send.
Upload a list and get every address labelled valid, invalid, risky or unknown, with your names and companies kept right next to the result.
No credit card required.

How it works
-
1
Upload or paste
Drop in a CSV with an email column, or paste addresses in any format. Other columns come along for the ride.
-
2
We check every address
Syntax, domain and mail server, disposable and role addresses, then a mailbox check with the receiving server. No email is ever sent.
-
3
Filter and download
See results with your names and companies beside them, filter by status, and download just the addresses you want.
What we check
Syntax and domain
Catches typos and malformed addresses, and confirms the domain can actually receive mail.
Mailbox check
Asks the receiving mail server whether the mailbox exists, without sending a message.
Catch-all detection
Flags domains that accept everything, so you know which "valid" addresses are really a guess.
Disposable addresses
Spots throwaway inboxes that look real but disappear after a few minutes.
Role-based addresses
Finds info@, sales@ and support@ style inboxes that rarely reach a decision maker.
Free-provider flag
Marks Gmail, Outlook and similar addresses so you can separate them from work emails.
Honest results, not guesses
Some mail servers will not say whether a mailbox exists. When we cannot tell, we say so instead of calling it valid, so you decide what to do with those addresses.
No verifier can be certain about every address. We label the doubtful ones clearly.
- Valid The mailbox exists and accepts mail.
- Invalid The address or its domain cannot receive mail.
- Risky (catch-all) The domain accepts any address, so we cannot confirm this one.
- Disposable A temporary inbox from a throwaway service.
- Role-based A shared inbox such as info@ or sales@.
- Unknown The server did not give a clear answer.

Frequently asked questions
Do you send emails to the addresses you check?
No. We connect to the receiving mail server and ask whether the mailbox exists, then disconnect before any message is sent.
What does "unknown" mean?
Some servers block verification or give no clear answer. We mark those unknown rather than guessing, and unknown results do not count against your allowance.
How accurate is it?
No email verifier can be certain about every address, especially on catch-all domains and strict providers. That is why we use clear labels and do not claim a single accuracy number.
What format should my file be in?
A CSV with an email column named email, emails or similar. If there is no header, we use the first column. Any other columns, such as first name and company, are kept in your results and downloads.
What happens to my list?
Your lists are private to your account. You can delete any list and its results from your history at any time. We do not sell or share your data.
Is there a limit on list size?
Each upload has a size limit that depends on your plan, and your plan sets how many addresses you can check per day. You can buy top-ups when you need more.
