The service

Email Checker checks whether email addresses are likely to be deliverable. Results are best-effort: some servers do not give clear answers, and we label those accordingly. We do not guarantee that any address will or will not bounce.

Acceptable use

You may only submit lists you have a lawful right to process. You must not use the service to harvest addresses, to send spam, or to probe mail servers on a scale or in a way that harms them. We may limit or suspend accounts that do.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.

Plans and payment

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled and are billed through Stripe. Daily allowances reset each day and do not carry over. Top-up credits are used after your daily allowance.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous three months.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
